Work has been occurring on foundation. No WIP during inspection No site preparation was scheduled. The road and sidewalk are clean. Sign posted. The perimeter wattle has not been installed. RP did not answer and mailbox is full. No answer from owner. Need to install perimeter wattle to pass site inspection.
