One of the concrete trucks didn't use washout and dumped onto ground, still wet at time of inspection. Foreman is going to have excavator scrape and clean area.
Curbing still needed on right of way at Jefferson, they are waiting for ACHD approval. Most of disturbed area is below grade, wattles installed where it is even with road.

Parking lot paved, all workers parking in lot or on street. Landscaping in progress, torn up for sprinkler lines. Sidewalk still hasn't been installed all the way to WWP Blvd. Site is clean and all trash thrown in dumpster. Majority of school work is now interior, building shell nearly complete.

Water truck is spraying down access around the building 2x daily to keep down dust. No dust issues observed at time of inspection.

Were using water truck to wash pavement & then drained to prevent freezing. No dewatering on site. Conttractor said they will schedule sweepers and no longer use wash waters.

Trackout onto Jefferson. Round river rock access is plenty long and deep but is not scraping the tires adequately. Sweeeper has visited site this morning. Material is wet sand material and is sticking to tires. RP Chase on site.

Request for frequent sweeping until rock can be replaced or the new entrance installed. DI bag installed at Whitewater & Jefferson, receives runoff from dirty part of street.

Will check back tomorrow
- minimize and clean up trackout
