Lots with foundations that haven't started building are becoming overgrown and weed stable. Site is clean, no loose trash or trash blown off site.

Western most blocks are all completed. All foundations have already been poured. Few workers at site. Some backfill stored at site. No esc issues.

Silt fence along east perimeter has been repaired. WIP on multiple homes, western most homes are completed. Site is being kept clean, no loose wind blown trash at site. No issues.

Met with gus on site. Will start more pad work in a few weeks. No major issues, some clusters of homes now finished.

Site walkthrough completed.
Will work to keep trash cleaned up and wood scraps clean.
Will add BMPs in low spots and work to keep water flowing from site.

Sidewalks and roads have been installed, roll pan still on site. Crew on site doing landscape wall around sidewalk, some dust when moving drainage rocks.

Work has begun on aprons and curb along perimeter of development. Worker sweeping street. Site is very disturbed, no workers at time of inspection in site. No ESC issues.

No construction entrance at site, old entrance buried. Utility installation is in progress. Workers parking on Old Hickory or Barnside to prevent trackout. Track Utiilities to complete work Monday, clean up site. Paving crew will install new rock entrance for a staging area on the parcel south of site to avoid placing where the new roads will be.

Verbal request to Jameson with Hunter Homes. Stated entrance will be installed by next week and order for site clean up at aprons has been given.

Met with Dahle project manager on site. Work on water lines has begun, have not hit any ground water.
Lots of trackout, sweeper truck is ordered and scheduled. Will install entrance when work is done by entrance, currently there is no room.

No new activity, site is stable. Siltfence will need repairs before next phase.

Site grading completed, all equipment off site. Silt fence and inlet protection still in place. Will need to monitor for dust.

Some sandy/dust trackout to Timbersaw is still on the road.

Called Jamison with Hunter Homes and requested street sweeping on Timbersaw and at Trapper where the fill dirt is being hauled from.

Stated sweeper scheduled for today after 5 and it will also sweep all of HRN and Barnside as well.

Clearing and grubbing has begun. Currently hauling away debris from trees and stockpiling top soil. About half of area exposed at time of inspection, no dust
