ADA room level 1 has open outlet above hard-lid, outlet is for sprinkler head in combustible concealed space behind bathtub, piping/head is not installed at time of inspection. Restraint clip for pendant fire sprinkler head in same ADA bathroom is not installed. Pipe size for electrical room (piping from double queen ext room, west of ADA room supplies electrical room) behind storage room shows 1 inch on city approved drawings, 1 1/2 pipe appears to be whats installed, not 1 inch as shown on drawings.

Tenting on 4th floor, all rooms east of the elevator, are ok for cover. Contractor stated that a foil barrier will be installed at the bottom of the trusses. I let him know that if it blocked the transfer of heat that it could not be approved. Per him the architect has approved it. Sprinkler piping for the fourth floor east of the elevator is ok for cover.

The inspection for the second and third floors failed due to the sidewall heads being overspaced. Perm plan review their max spacing is 18'out and 16' to the side. They have been installed 18'-6" from the far wall. What is approved are the hangers for the stand pipe supplies in the east and west stair wells and the short run of 4" to the FDC.
