(CJD INVESTMENTS, DBA FLOOR TRADER OUTLET) //Plan modification to remove select pavement from scope of site work on the south lot 2 until south lot is developed. 6-17-2019 JG// Permit to construct a new 36,532 sq. ft. two story building (23,503 sq. ft. 1st story and 11,227 sq. ft. 2nd story) and related site improvements. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file, attached engineering and plan review report. Scope of work includes: construction of footing foundation, slab on grade concrete floor, construction of concrete tilt-up exterior envelope walls, open web steel roof joists, membrane roof assembly, construction of interior bearing CMU walls to create an office and a retail area with a storage mezzanine area above, construction of interior non-bearing walls to create (6) offices, a break room, fire riser room, a janitors closet and (4) accessible restrooms, new Hi/Lo drinking fountain, a new elevator, new elevator equipment room, millwork, new suspended acoustic and gypsum ceilings, light fixtures, electrical work, plumbing work, mechanical work and interior finishes to be in compliance with Ch. 8 of the current IBC. Note 1: Special inspection required see attached 310 form. Note 2: Racking/Shelving over 8’ requires a separate racking permit. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
