Apartment units and garages are under construction along Gary Lane and in the northwest corner of Kensington. The central area is complete, occupied, and landscaped/stabilized. Permeable pavers in the construction area are to be cleaned or repaired at end of project prior to units being occupied.

RP Barry previous informed that all permeable pavers are to be cleaned upon completion of apartment units. Significant amount of loose dirt in paved areas draining to permeable pavers.

Correction needed:

Need to have crew collect wind blown trash and debris around perimeter of site to prepare for windy March as well as empty any full trash containers.

Correction request:
- sweep up lanes surrounding the unprotected permeable pavers to prevent clogging/failure. Prohibit / conduct training to works to park in designated areas and to not store stockpiles on impervious parking surfaces that drain to the pavers.

RP Barry working to keep stock piling and dirt off hard surfaces that drain to the permeable pavers that have been installed. No trackout or discharges offsite, large designated lined washout containment is provided and approximately 50% full. Heavy duty construction entrance to Gary with lava rock is still in good condition. Perimeter silt fence on north property line is in place. No complaints or issues from neighbors directed to ESC division.

The road base of sand is prepped for asphalt, and pervious pavers are already installed and are off limits for driving and staging.

Correction request to have crew walk site and clean up loose trash, consolidate and contain/remove from site.. Barry said it would be done this week.

Construction entrance on Gary is installed and working well to prevent muddy trackout. Roads have recently been sanded by ACHD.

Significant amount of mud on Saxton. Storm drain inlet is a curb cut and cannot be fitting with a sediment control BMP. Sand bags placed earlier were causing flooding and traffic hazard.

Need to control traffic better in and out of site and put rock to stabilized the employee parking lot on Saxton.

WIP at Kensington. Boise ESC permit sign and SWPPPs posted for Kensingtion at North Pointe, and North Pointe Retail. No trackout from construction exits, perimeter streets, gutters and sidewalks are clean.

Dewatering is in progress and is being pumped into a channel at east end of site that runs to a retention and filtering pond on the west end of site. Pumped water goes into a pipe that discharges into the canal at irrigation box on State Street.

No fugitive dust issues observed, water trucks and tanker are on site. RP-GC Barry with Bach Homes and conducted a walk through inspection.

No corrections at this time. Irrigation company is monitoring disharges.

Barry stated Knife River will be working on retail section and digging their own dewatering pond.

Site walkthrough and ESC plan review conducted with Barry of Bach Homes and Andy of Syman Co.

Construction entrances installed per ESC site map with large angular rock and lining per specifications. Silt fence perimeter control installed properly along north border to capture sediment in sheet flow. Gary Lane and irrigation easement and sidewalk will remain undisturbed and act as sediment barrier. Irrigation berm on west side of site creats sediment barrier as well. Drainage swale along State Street protected.

Request for trash containment and notification of dewatering if necessary Groundwater is at 6' per Barry & geotech.

Approved for site grubbing and grading.

Water tank and water truck onsite for fugitive dust control. All receiving MS4 drop inlets have sediment bags installed.
