All multifamily buildings now complete. Final site improvements of landscaping and clean up are in progress. Onsite drainage facilities are installed, cleaned, and stabilized.

Preece Street is clean, sediment bag installed. RP Chad onsite. Canal bank is stabile and vegetated with volunteer plants, no work or stockpiling in area.

RP stated site trash containers are being hauled offsite. Requested that onsite infiltration swale have sediment protection at inlet to prevent from clogging. Further work and grooming is required on installation, but RP stated he will install a sediment barrier and clean around inlet area.

Loose sediment, dirt, gravel and unprotected stockpiles stored on pavement with potential to runoff site with stormwater. No housekeeping has occured this week.

Verbal CN to Chad to have hard surfaces swept, in particular the sidewalk and gutter on Preece.

RP stated it will be swept and cleaned tonight. Follow up inspection scheduled for tommorrow

Water supply and hoses on site for dust control. Requested that in afternoon need to spray down stockpiles.

BMPs installed on site, DIs have sediment filters, lined concrete washout area is provided.

Requested that trash bin be used. Hauling off materials as they go. No windblown trash across street or along canal.

SWO posted for starting w/o issued permit. Permit now issued and paid for. Check for BMPs and conditions.

Permit sign now posted, SWPPP on site, caution tape blocking off hole, Most of work occured in ROW and some stockpiling on the future lots.

SWO removed. Will need to install construction entrance once sewer and water work is complete. DI across street is installed from subdivsion across street (homes still in progress). Very flat site. Canal bank & berm is above grade of rest of lot, no sheet flow to canal and a vegetative buffer is on the ESC plan.
