Construction of path and bridge complete. Shoulders have been hydroseeded. No materials, debris, or equipment left onsite.

Corrections issued in prior inspection have been completed:
- trash has been picked up along creek banks and walking path
- orange silt fence temporary BMP removed

No new corrections. Will keep open to monitor vegetation growth and Peppermill #2 activity.

Pedestrian bridge is installed and open for use. Pathways connecting Peppermill to Peconic & Gatewood is complete and shoulders have been hydromulched. Silt fence perimeter is still installed along 8 mile creek, which is no longer carrrying irriagtion water. New grass swale is established and perimeter control removed.

Correction request to developer and CBH
- pick up windblown trash from construction sites and activity along the creek bank and silt fence.

Bridge span is now installed but not yet open for use. No disturbed areas without buffer next to creek. New swale off Peconic has had perimteter sediment control installed.

Landscaping/stabilization around both sides of bride access is not complete. Request to John to make sure crew picks up any loose litter in area and to provide date of SF removal.

WIP on grading for pathway on east side of the creek/irrigation channel. Footings for bridge span are poured and located outside the vegetative buffer. Bank vegetation has been preserved, no work occuring in creek. No violations.

Site walk through for pedestrian bridge crossing over Eight Mile Creek with RP. Creek has silt fence installed on both sides and vegetated buffer pre-served. Footings will be poured outside of the silt fence and the bridge is a pre-cast 65' span with no in channel work required.

Concrete washout will be contained in portable bin for proper disposal.
