Dewatering for pool: dewatering water is entering the sand and grease inceptor and then discharged into the sediment pond. All water is remaining onsite.

The fence is still broken but no longer obstructing the green belt.

Re installation of BMPs along fence perimeter is still needed. Wattles or silt fence would be okay.

WIP. SWPPP inspections are up to date. Water from high river flows is flowing through corner of the site. Ensure no pollutants are entering this area and being discharged into river water. Two concrete washout nearly full third is ok. Uncovered containers with unknown materials and rain water are uncovered. Dispose of properly and potentially cover if any pollutants are contained in barrels.
Corrections requested: Pick up wind blow trash around perimeter fencing. Repair silt fence. Around perimeter. Clean green belt where fence was run into.

Vertical construction in progress at Arboretum project. 3 seperate buildings with 3 ESC permits, and one main site ESC permit issued for grading and utilitiy installation, see ESC15-01579.

Silt fence perimeter is in tact, no breaches or sediment runoff to Greenbelt path. No trackout from site, designated parking for the 60+ employees is across street to limit traffic. MS4 inlets on both sides of road have filter bags installed with good capacity remaining. Trash and materials contained on site. Concrete washout bins in several locations provided.

Observed pollution prevention on site with secondary containment storage for concrete form oils, diesal gas containers, and spill pans under neath porta-pots.
