Trackout onto Echo court. Called RP for Lasher construction Brian Murdoch and requested that he get a standalone ESC staging permit for 3309 Echo ct. since this site has had multiple trackout infractions caused by both Lasher construction and Sunrise construction who is currently building next door. This will ensure corrective actions are written for the correct site, company, and RP. I told the RP that the fee for this ESC staging permit can be applied toward the future ESC permit that will be attached to the building permit for the SFH that will be built on this site.
Called RP for adjacent lot 3327 Echo and spoke with RP Justin Reynolds who takes responsibility for the current trackout violation and will be responsible for cleaning it. I told him that Lasher construction will be getting an ESC permit for the site and that he should disallow his contractors from entering his site through Lasher’s site. He has placed several cones with caution tape in attempt to keep workers out of the vacant site but they were recently moved.
Justin also says the excavator is the same for both companies which may be adding to the confusion for the subcontractors.
Having 3309 Echo court get an ESC permit should help ensure that corrective actions reach the right RP and keep Echo court free from trackout.
Actions to be taken:
3327 Echo ct. with RP Justin Reynold will clean trackout in Echo court. RP will tell staff to not enter the lot through the 3309 Echo ct. Follow up next week.
3309 Echo ct. with RP Bryan Murdoch will apply for ESC staging permit. The fee for this permit can be applied for a future ESC building permit on this site. Follow up on permit application next week.
