Excavation and construction of multi-building fire training center, including grading and uitlity work. SWPPP prepared for CGP and City of Boise ESC requirements. Project includes installation of new drainage swales. Groundwater expected between 3.3' -6.5' below ground surface. Parcel adjacent to Thurman Mill Canal and Thurman Drain. Project expected to start March 2017. BMPs include phasing of project to limit amount of total disturbed area at any one time, perimeter sediment control (silt fence & wattles listed) along Thurman Mill Canal and project frontage along WBTP access road, stabilized construction entrance(s), and concrete washout facilities. Fiber wattle to be installed around the "fill area for grading spoils" west of the main site. ESC site preparation inspection required. Call 608-7070. No trackout, perimeter silt fence and clearing limits next to Thurman Mill are in place. Site has extended westward to have staging area.

Correction action needed at site:
- pick up the significant amount of wind blown trash caught in silt fence and vegatation next to Thurman Mill canal.
- empty or cover dumpster to prevent wind blown trash
- if dry weather continues, fugitve dust control water truck will need to be active if earthwork is occuring. Some dust onsite due moving stockpiles out of staging area.

WIP. concrete washout in use getting near full. There is an addition concrete washout with secondary containment if the first gets fulls. The silt fence along the creek is in good condition. The SCE is in good condition. There is no trackout. The trash is contained. No wind blown trash. A water truck is on site. No dust observed during the inspection.
