Inspected both sides of project. Foundation was poured this morning, washout used. Gave them ok to dump extra concrete on ground to cure and treat as solid waste, washout must be into containment. Site is free from any dust or trackout.

Dewatering & water line flushing was conducted yesterday and was land applied to the grassy area in Julia Davis Park. No discharge to waterway through the Zoo occurred. Excavation and temporary holding pit have been filled in. Wattles were not disturbed.

Reveiwed dewatering and flushing rules with water line project operator Justin with Gully Excavation.

No violations.

Zoo Boise site walk through conducted 11:30 PM 4/24 with RP & project superintendant Justin Palm with CM Company.

ESC permit sign will be posted on main job board. CGP signage info provided to RP for posting.

Site perimeter has been fenced off. Crew has worked with Forestry to mark off tree protection areas. Sediment Control wattles have been installed along the river stream. Additional stakes will be placed this week, did not trench in to protect tree roots. Vegetative buffer will be marked with construction fence. Will inspect during rain event to find discharge points.

Onsite stormwater drains that discharge to zoo river have sediment protection. They will be demolished during first phase of construction, RP will construction temporary drainage swales/basins in the interim. Need to determine re-use of the stormwater vault and cyclone filter installed, to be discussed with Public Works.

Approved for construciton, initial BMPs are ready. Follow up inspection scheduled.
