No temporary BMPs left around the perimeter, wattles along the water feature have been removed. CM company still has a staging and work area at the southeast corner of the zoo, will keep open till all work is complete

Construction entrances closed. Will need to schedule access with zoo.

Staging area has been moved. No ESC or runoff issues. Inside area is muddy, no trackout. Rock entrance has been removed for new pad, will be reinstalled when back access is closed and they need to go through front again. Will need to watch out for loose and blowing trash and keep creek free from trash.

All work areas are cleaned and contained. Concrete washout is nearly full of water.

Wattle along creek. Asphalt will be last to be demoed, shed next to creek not being removed. Will you parking lot in park for staging, access site through current gate, all paved. Will monitor site during demo and construction and modify BMPs as needed.

Site is low spot and holding water, getting very muddy. Sand and fill is being brough to elevate road. Very light trackout, foreman said he would sweep it up.

Site is contained. Wattle needs to be replaced along creek behind new pavillion in zoo, also need to watch for rain coming of roof and rilling. Will monitor for trackout as it starts to get wet.

Dewatering & water line flushing was conducted yesterday and was land applied to the grassy area in Julia Davis Park. No discharge to waterway through the Zoo occurred. Excavation and temporary holding pit have been filled in. Wattles were not disturbed.

No violations.

Site is clean and contained. Road is closed and being used for storage. Stockpiles are surrounded by wattle. Pond along site is protected by wattle. Only issue is one of the eco pans is starting to overflow.

Zoo Boise site walk through conducted 11:30 PM 4/24 with RP & project superintendant Justin Palm with CM Company.

ESC permit sign will be posted on main job board. CGP signage info provided to RP for posting.

Site perimeter has been fenced off. Crew has worked with Forestry to mark off tree protection areas. Sediment Control wattles have been installed along the river stream. Additional stakes will be placed this week, did not trench in to protect tree roots. Vegetative buffer will be marked with construction fence. Will inspect during rain event to find discharge points.

Onsite stormwater drains that discharge to zoo river have sediment protection. They will be demolished during first phase of construction, RP will construction temporary drainage swales/basins in the interim. Need to determine re-use of the stormwater vault and cyclone filter installed, to be discussed with Public Works.

Approved for construciton, initial BMPs are ready. Follow up inspection scheduled.
