All roads have now been covered by roadbase so significantly less hauling traffic going forward. Roads are being prepped for paving within site. Sweeping occured last night as requested, road looks better today. Entance was getting muddy from irrigation runoff down Pierce Park, a check dam has been made to dry to keep entrance dry and RP asked neighbor to control irrigation runoff if possible. Entrance covered with road base to cover mud area.

RP stated sweeping to occur today at noon and at end of day. Site to be inactive tomorrow. Approved.

Complaint called in regarding trackout to Pierce Park south of Hill Road.

Observation:

Bringing in dirt and road mix for road paving which will happen later this week, significant heavy truck traffic in and out of site.

Stabilized entrance was removed for utility installation, so now trackout is occuring.

Called developer/RP Jim Conger to request sweeping ASAP to reduce build up. Got vm, will check back...

Coir mats are installed on the storm drains.

CA paving is the contractor.
