Site perimeter BMP (fence and wattle) not yet installed because sidewalk and existing curbing for landscape beds is to be demolished today and tomorrow.

Asphalt parking lot is in process of grinded up and hauled away. Entrance and exit for dump trucks will remain paved.

No muddy runoff or trackout issues at time of inspection.

Correction Request/BMP installations remaining:
- Install MS4 inlet protection on Bannock at 10th & 11th.
- Post yellow ESC permit sign on job trailer when arrives
- Install perimeter BMPs prior to next phase
- Install rock construction entrance when asphalt is used
- provide leakproof concrete washout container or pit

Will check back for initial corrections, site not ready for most of the BMPs right at this time due to demolition activities.
