HOme complete, landscaped, temporary BMPs (silt fence & wattles) have been removed. Perimeter of lot has had a fiber mulch/tacifier applied for stabilization. Home is occupied. ESC permit conditions satisfied.

Trackout has not been cleaned up. Talked with site owner on site and told him the trackout needs to be swept up and informed him that enforcement will be escalated for repeat violations that are not addressed.

Called RP that is listed on permit and left a message with him asking for an update on the progress and plan for cleanup and when he thinks the correction will be completed. Informed him about the escalation procedure and warned him that continued noncompliance may lead to fines or stop work orders for the site.

Significant trackout. No sign posted. Posted sign on site. Called RP and requested sweep up of trackout. Follow up next week.

WIP on exterior. Project scheduled to be complete end of July. No trackout discharges to Mesa Verde . Rear hillside vegetation has established and perimeter silt fence and wattles are still installed till final landscaping/stabilization.

WIP. Vegetation/weeds stabilizing soil in the back yard. Silt fence is trenched but needs repair in several places.

No trackout or loose materials leaving site. Trash contained Discussed rear silt fence installation with RP-GC. Grass starting to row. Will check on conditions next inspection. No corrections at this time.

- clean up trackout from entrance on sidewalk apron and gutter
- re-post ESC permit sign
- remove or re-install silt fence BMP that is not trenched in
- trash container filled above brim needs service to prevent more windblown trash

Dust Complaints.

Removal of excess stockpile from foundation excavation and boulder removal is still in progress. Water is now available at site and garden hose was being used to spray down stockpile prior to loading dumptruck at time of inspection. During boulder excavation a water truck was onsite.

Some localized dust occuring due to this loading activity but no continuous plumes. Water suppression appeared to be working.

Significant dust at time of inspection from concrete saw cutting foundation for utility installations. Request that either same hose or new hose be used for wet cutting of the concrete. Noted that this is also an occupational hazard. Employee said all saw cutting was now complete. Informed RP and GC to provide this subcontractor water for saw cutting as much as practicable.

Yellow permit sign is posted, no trackout. Street and gutter have been cleaned/swept regularly. Dust control needs improvement. Warning issued.

RP/GC stated that all excess dirt will be gone by Thursday. ESC crew to install silt fence perimeter below slopes areas where dirt has been spread/graded and hydroseed. Follow up inspection scheduled for Thursday PM

Perimeter wattles now installed. GC has permission to temporarily use adjacent lot for rock stockpile, will re-vegetate/restore as needed.

Permit sign posted, GC responded to corrections promptly.

No site prep inspection requested, no permit sign posted. No BMPs installed or discussed with ESC division. Appears clearing and rock stockpiling has already crossed over to the unoccupied vacant lot.

RP listed not on site and unknown to onsite excavator. Excavator was using water truck for dust control.

CN issued to Bruno Built. No trackout or discharges, but need to seet up site per ESC plan asap.
