DI bag on Preece has been removed. ESC permit conditions satisfied. ESC permit finaled

Still need to remove DI bag on Preece. RP dave said he will do it. Rescheduled for two weeks out....

Need to remove temporary DI protection on Preece on south side of site.

Construction and landscaping complete. Most are leased out. Some of the drains still have inlet protection.

No trackout or discharges leaving site.

All vertical construction of units in Marina Apartments are complete. Units along Emerald are finished and some occpied with paved access, stormwater retention, parking. Sod landscaping has been completed along the south side of site. WIP on interior and site work along Preece to the north.

Corrections/tasks remaining to final ESC permit for site:
- remove silt fence along Emerald, complete landscaping and sweep gutter and site access curbing.
- remove stockpile on south side of site, finish paving and sweep apron. As conditions warm this week the frozen dirt on apron should be swept
- check perimeter for any loose construction trash, put in dumpster, remove dumpster
- sweep Preece, remove DI bag from MS4 storm drain.

- Call for site final. All individual unit ESC permits for project have been closed, all remaining ESC inspections will be on this main site permit.

Trash around site has been picked up, regular pick up and scrap collection is in progress. No trackout or discharges offsite. Interior is still not yet fully paved or landscaped.

- All perimeter trash has been picked up as requested.

- Both entrances on Preece and Emerald have been swept.

- RP/GC on duty directing washout locations. I requested that a daily perimeter trash pick up be completed until the duration. Wind and active roofing still has potential for wind blown trash.

No trackout to streets, no offsite stormwater discharges.

Will inspect weekly until project completion in December. Landscaping to begin next week.

Silt fence along Emerald damaged. Sidewalk along Preece covered in dirt. Lots of dirt in parking area, none yet tracked out. Dumpster on sitr but lots of loose garbage blowing around. DI is clean.

No trackout off site to Preece or Emerald. Interior still needs additional sweeping. Trash has been serviced.

Notified Summit Development that operator does not appear to have an "active" NOI for the CGP 2017 coverage.
