All vertical construction of units in Marina Apartments are complete. Units along Emerald are finished and some occpied with paved access, stormwater retention, parking. Sod landscaping has been completed along the south side of site. WIP on interior and site work along Preece to the north.

Corrections/tasks remaining to final ESC permit for site:
- remove silt fence along Emerald, complete landscaping and sweep gutter and site access curbing.
- remove stockpile on south side of site, finish paving and sweep apron. As conditions warm this week the frozen dirt on apron should be swept
- check perimeter for any loose construction trash, put in dumpster, remove dumpster
- sweep Preece, remove DI bag from MS4 storm drain.

- Call for site final. All individual unit ESC permits for project have been closed, all remaining ESC inspections will be on this main site permit.

- RP/GC on duty directing washout locations. I requested that a daily perimeter trash pick up be completed until the duration. Wind and active roofing still has potential for wind blown trash.

Will inspect weekly until project completion in December. Landscaping to begin next week.

No excess trash or overfull dumpsters. MS4 on Preece has sediment bag protection, no discharges or trackout offsite. Silt fence on Emerald is trenched in, though some areas are sagging and should be reattached. Area is soon to be replaced by a landscaped berm. No sediment leaving site along this border.

Corrections needed:
- sweep up loose dirt and gravel in the paved areas. Some areas are still unpaved.
