Dewatering discharge still turbid. Investigation pending. Some minor corrections accomplished at site. Construction entrance and permit sign posted, permit now active.
SWO issued, effective 5 PM friday 10/27. No work over weekend; more BMPs to be provided and another site preparation. Re-inspection and investigation fees to apply. Approximately, over 2 hours spent investigating and making corrections by both ESC inspectors.
