WIP on frames of homes by multiple contractors. Streets are relatively, common area lanscaping is now complete on Clear Ridge. DI bags into the stormwater pond are filtering sediment. Trash and materials are contained at each site.

Significant trackout occuring on Brundage Ave due to active landscaping. Muddy conditions are making it difficult. Hayden Homes and Eaglewood Homes will have developer order street sweeper.

Employees parking on paved surfaces, all storm drain inlets have sediment bags installed, and a designated lined washout is being utilized and has remaining capacity. Soon road/sidewalk medians will be landscaped stabilized so trackout will be less of problem. Trash and materials are contained at sites.

WIP on SFHs by Hayden Homes and Eagleridge in Sunnyridge phase 3. Streets appear to have been swept recently, new lined washout pit is installed and marked. DI bags installed. No windblown trash or fugitive dust issues occuring at time of inspection. Landscaping and irrigation line installation between roads and sidewalk is occuring, so some loose topsoil and dirt should be swept upon completion.

WIP on SFHs by Hayden Homes and Eaglewood Homes in new Sunnyridge phase. Approximately 15 homes being built simultaneously. Trash and materials are contained, some minor trackout and loose sediment on driveways and in front of homes. No discharges or spills observed around sites. Concrete washout pit was utilized for foundations.

Corrections:

1. Street sweeper should be scheduled every other week.
2. Install new washout for next round of homes. Remove old washout material and recycle/dispose properly.

New washout for SFHs in phase was installed at west end of Bear Ridge as requested and utilized. Near 75% capacity and needs to be replaced this week.

No trackout or discharges. Old washout that was being used was cleaned/removed. Approved.

WIP on parcel grading for new Sunnyridge phase. Curbing has been installed and roads will be this week or next.
Permit is posted, no trackout to Snowbird or Columbia. No fugitive dust at time of inspection or complaints received by ESC division. Ground FX is now conducting SWPPP inspections for Knife River

No immediate corrective actions needed at this time, but once site dries out and work resumes perimeter BMPs, construction entrance(s), and DI bags along Snowbird should be maintained.
