Significant trackout occuring on Brundage Ave due to active landscaping. Muddy conditions are making it difficult. Hayden Homes and Eaglewood Homes will have developer order street sweeper.

No spills or areas of sediment runoff from open parcels observed.

Employees parking on paved surfaces, all storm drain inlets have sediment bags installed, and a designated lined washout is being utilized and has remaining capacity. Soon road/sidewalk medians will be landscaped stabilized so trackout will be less of problem. Trash and materials are contained at sites.

Permit was retrieved by Knife River after initial miscommunication between contractors/developers/City. The BMPs were installed, no violation, the permit paid for but was not physically picked up. RP Randy and project manager Jeff Corsen got the permit as I requested last week upon discovery of the work occuring.

Permit is now issued and posted at site. Wattles protect the stormwater retention pond area. Water truck actively doing rounds all over site to keep down dust. SWPPP on site. Approved.
