Witches hats and gutter need to be cleaned at Roan Meadows & Mitchell. New lined wahout pit on site, old washout was on ground, needs to be cleaned up. Some windblown trash on site. Homesites under construction are clean.

Inspection reports not being read by contractor and not being conveyed to CBH by 3rd party inspectors.

Developer intends to close initial permit and have CBH take over.

Corrections needed:
- clean up dumped washout to prevent further dumping
- install lined concrete washout pit or leak proof container.
- check all DI bags for maintenace. DI at Roan Meadow & Mitchell is full.

CBH will need to provide concrete washout facility. Will request an above ground portable containment.

Due to activity, construction entrance is not in good condition and there is trackout to Mitchell on the south entrance.

Verbal Correction Request to RP-developer Scott to ensure that crews sweep up all trackout to Mitchell to prevent muddy water on road and as courtesy to neighbors south of project. RP agreed to request and stated he will make sure it is swept.

Called RP Scott to request better fugitive dust control. Heavy activity last week disturbed neighbors. Water tank and water truck on site but need to improve frequency and coverage during all active grading.

No activity at time of inspection. Only small portion of area has been excavated. Rough grading and grubbing has not occured yet.

Will need to install rock construction entrance once equipment arrives on site. No trackout, dust, or other issues at time of inspection.

Flat lot with good infiltration, limited runoff potential. No surface waters. RP familiar with fugitive dust control and requirements and will have water truck(s) on site.

Approved for construction. Construction entrance to be installed after initial grubbing on S. Mitchell.
