WIP. Large graded slope has been horizontally tracked, no vegetation or other erosion controls installed. Strip of vegetation has been left at edge of sidwalk to act as a buffer/sediment trap. There is 2-3 rill areas developing on hill from the flattened home area, may need to consider diverting runoff to driveway area. Will continue to monitor.

No trackout, no loose dirt or debris on sidewalk. Storm drains have good sediment bags installed with lot of capactiy.

ESC permit sign posted, receiving storm drain has inlet protection. Homeowner/developer is RP and Extreme Excavation has two RPs on duty.

Perimeter wattles are installed around the slopes. Road into steep lot will be cut today. Rock construction entrance installed and additional sediment control wattles will be installed to contain steep area above site entrance.

Approved for construction. RP requested permission to stockpile sand from this site across Bogus Basin Road. Will be inspected under Hackberry Ranch I permit, HR phase II will begin in a month (permit applications have been submitted)
