Initial BMPs installed including new MS4 inlet protection and perimeter wattle. ESC permit sign posted on 11th Street entrance. Extra signage provided for 13th Street.
Employee parking and Alta staging area in process of being set up and will have gravel rock base to keep mud down.
RP Robert stated that working on building a stabilized access road through site for loading and concrete truck traffic. Exit on 13th will have rock trackout pad and/or rumble. Exit to be graded to not slope out to street as it currently is. Lined concrete washout pit will also be installed prior to any concrete work.
RP to call for follow inspection for stabilized construction entrance(s) and washout facility. Water from the pit will be sucked out and put into Eco-Pans for appropriate disposal.
Dewatering not scheduled to occur till Spring per Robert, will continue to monitor.
