Site walk-through with Alpine Bike Parks RP Morgan to discuss wattle placement conducted 11/12. Follow up installation check completed on 11/14.

ESC permit is to remain open for revegetation monitoriong. Once vegetation is established, final temporary BMP (perimeter straw wattles) removal will be done by Parks n Rec facility management crew.

Perimeter wattles have been properly installed by Alpine crew in 3 locations along Mtn. Cove Road:

- banked area between road and ramp up to the bathroom. Upper wattle is there to direct parking lot runoff down ramp instead of over the disturbed area. Suggest this area be fenced off or blocked with rocks to prevent damage to wattles and erosion.

- wattles installed at south end of parking area (parking lot entrance) to protect an area that was recently hydroseeded. This area should also be fenced in to prevent damage to seeded area and promote growth.

-perimeter wattle installed below the bike park rock sign on corner of Mtn. Cove & Reserve.

There is temporary storm drain protection installed in rocky swale for parking lot that should be removed after this season. Alplne removed sediment bag and cleaned around the inlet at the corner of Shaw Mtn and reserve.

- DI bags installed along Mtn Cove road were installed by Young Paving for the road work and will remain installed at this time. Young Paving is to clean up their staging area in the Ft. Boise parking lot (Scout Lane) and remove/repurpose the wattles between road and Cottonwood Creek flume now that road work is complete.

No further requests for Alpine crew, will notify Parks and Rec project manager Toby Norton.
