homeowner question about neighboring developement grading elevation

Yard areas around home foundations have slight slope away from homes. Roof top gutter downspouts connected to subsurface drainage. No official measurement taken but do not think that lots will cause issue for existing home. Home with dirt against fence has not yet been graded/prepped for landscaping.

Permit sign posted on development sign off Peirce Park. Construction entrance installed on Saxton and in use, no access to Pierce Park yet. Berm protects the irrigation ditch north of the site. Once area is cleared at the PP entrance, a silt fence will be installed in between entrance and unbermed creek area. Site is very flat and should retain stormwater.

Water truck is in use for dust control. Fill up hydrant near by on Saxton.

Approved for construction. No CUP in place requiring construction fencing. Staging area does not appear to be next to home with complaints.
