No washout, has been dumped on lot near mitchell. Some trackout on road from crews filling in backfill.

Lots of weed growth on vacant lots. No new concrete work, site has lined washout. Some dirt on road and sidewalk, people riding bikes in dirt and tracking out. Inlets have protection. No looses trash and no dirt leaving site.

Some dirt on road inside site from work on sidewalks and water line. Stockpile near Linda Vista has been removed. Stockpile by Mitchell has weed growth and is stable. Nothing leaving site.

Met with Joe while on site. Stockpiles are scheduled to be removed next week. Will surround perimeter with wattles to prevent dirt from ending up on sidewalk.

No trackout or discharges. Large stockpiles on site appear to be inactive and will be an issue for sediment runoff as Fall progress. Stockpiles need perimeter sediment controls or other or removal. Stockpiles are not allowed to be inactive for extended periods.

Canal has been piped and berm built to protect overflow. ACHD ha about a third of Linda Vista torn up. Most of site has curb and sidewalk installed. Site has potential for dust, RP will monitor and water as needed.

Crews working on road on east side of project. No violations observed.

Utility trenching complete and road patched. Still no SWPPP or NOI on site. Road has lots of dirt and dust when cars drive by.

Trackout has been cleaned up. Workers are parking across street and not in mud. No new complaints from neighbors.

Significant earth work occuring without water truck in use to control dust.

RP stated that water truck broke down and they are in the process of replacement. It was verified that water truck was in use previously till yesterday and today.

Warning issued to control dust ASAP or significant dust creating activity.

Correction request to provide proper trash containment at site staging area/entrance.

Site has been graded. Permit sign posted, construction entrance installed and perimeter silt fence in certain areas to protect neighboring properties. No trackout, discharges, or wind blown dust observed. Follow up scheduled to check on stabilization and stockpile protection.
