- road mix placed inside site to reduce mud when hauling and using heavy equipment
- rock has been placed along the entire length of Hudson for employee parking. No muddy tires.

Failures:
- no inlet protection on Targee and SE bound federal way between Targee and Ralfroy Roy as requested.

- Street sweeper has still not addressed the dirt accumulated in the shoulder of Federal Way between Targee and Latimer.

Storm drain inlet at Targee and Federal Way SE bound has not sediment protection. Two other inlets on Federal Way SE of site need sediment protection.

Rock entrance all muddy, some additional rock placed in employee parking area but Hudson is caked with mud.

No new rock installed for parking areas that are muddy. Street sweeper did Targee @ Hudson,but there is still lots of dirt SE bound on Federal Way.

- install rock construciton entrance. Push old rock back, install new lining and fresh angular rock with as much length and width possible.
- finish process of rock placement along Hudson for worker parking.
- change out DI bags on Hudson.

Road has trackout within first 50 yards from entrance onto Hudson. Rock construction entrance is installed with liner, but round rocks instead of angular are installed. Entrance is compacted with mud. Lots of mud within site with potential to be tracked out.


Storm drains around site have sediment filter bags installed. Permit sign posted.



Small crew onsite installing culvert for irrigation ditch, project near completion. Once complete this entrance will be closed and a new entrance installed for next phase

Correction Request:
- improve/maintain construction entrance and extend fencing or alternative to make sure all vehicles pass over the rock. Any new rock add shall be angular rock per ESC plan details for construction entrance.
