Gutters have temporary ADS pipe going to rip rap. Gator guard along lower perimeter of home, seems to be containing dirt. No issues at time of inspection.

Complaint regarding muddy water flowing offsite to adjacent lots.

No downslope perimeter sediment barrier installed, pile of uncontained trash, evidence of a washout dumped into a stockpile.

Correction requests:
- install temporary gutter and direct water to the rocky swale in the backyard.
- install perimeter wattle along the bottom of the site ( this was completed Friday during first inspection)
- pick up all loose trash
- construct or provide new washout containment.

No workers on site. All building material on lot, trash box on lolt. No trackout or dirt on sidewalk.

Mud tracked from lot across sidewalk and up cul de sac. Message sent to RP with lighthouse homes.

- sweep gutter and remove accumulated material in front of storm drain and parked trailer
- sweep sidewalk
- install gutter check bags above site to trap dirt from uphill.
- install sediment protection on storm drain in front of home.
