9:15 AM pre-construction conference
Approved for construction. Utility and sewer trenching has now started by Schmidt Construction. Construction entrance to be installed at upper end of Foxgrove Street to prevent trackout. Material staged within work area so should not be too much in and out traffic. Trench will capture runoff during rain events, but will need to install check dams and other BMPs as they work their way through sub. Will follow next week to check on progress and temp. stabilization steps. Road and gutters will not be installed until Spring 2019
