Discharge was greater than 1000 NTU, would not read on meter, exceeded capacity.
Talked to both RP Jason and Foreman Rex.
Crews were supposed to turn off pumps before work, only shut one down. Rex immediately turned off second pump and flow slowed, no new water.
All dewatering is supposed to be pumped to west pond, still has pump running, there is no outlet.
Lots of discharge to Wahling Creek, no turbid water reached Barber bridge, hoping that all the vegetation has filtered it out.
Told Jason to log an illicit discharge in SWPPP and self report.
Rex will get all sediment out of settling area and not restrt the well point pumps.
Bypass line dewatering is beng pumped under road and into lined pond on north side of road.
