Grader on site getting road bed to elevation to begin curbing. Paving is a while off, some foundations need to be completed before road can be put in due to grade.
No esc issues at site. Stockpile is s till stable.

No trackout. No offsite discharges to MS4. Stockpile has been temporarily tackified. Post rainfall inspection conducted this morning by Granite.

Corrections needed:
- need to repare areas of silt fence that are no longer trenched and conduct maintenance One section has let mud slip under. Clean up and reinstall requested - noted in site's self inspection as well.
- up slope controls needed where water was able to run down slope - will discuss with RP for possible correction alternatives. Appears a diversion berm was graded on the lower terrace this morning.

- construction entrance rock is round, not angular and more angular rock should be installed.
- stockpile is still unstabilized, needs to be used, stabilized with temporary tackifier, or put down slope silt fence around it

Giant pile of backfill hasn't been moved.
Area has been graded, graders on site. Future roads are lower than surrounding areas, acting as berm. No tracking at site.

Site walk through to plan for winterization and site stabilization.

Corrections needed:
- new rock construction entrances for winter access
- site will use some of the stockpile on site, reduce its height and have it sprayed with tacifier & mulch. May need additional perimeter sediment control around the pile.
- need to apply hydroseed/mulch mix to the finished slope on the east side of site as well as the rest of the slope areas within site (not all of it is tracked yet)
- Will put road mix down on roads and utilize the sites terraces to retain water on site. May open up access to the site's large seepage swale.
- install berms at top of any slopes to prevent runoff from going over disturbed slopes.

Follow up at site at end of week as work progresses.

dust complaint

No dust at time of inspection. Spoke with onsite crew manager Alfredo about keeping dust down. Water truck is coming to site so work can continue on the lower swale adjacent to homes below. No major activity, finishing up sewer work,

- stockpile has been on site for over a month, much of it is inactive and past stabillization deadline.
- need to have graded areas hydroseeded before end of November

Dozer and front end loader operating on site. Area has been sprayed with water and is pretty saturated, water truck was not on site at time of inspection. No dust in area being scraped, some from front end loader after it dumped onto stockpile. Wind is blowing onto Amity. No trackout from site.

No activity on site.
Site is terraced, all water flowed to bottom. Seepage bed is open, looks like all water was obsorbed.

Corrections completed as requested:

- stabilized construction entrance.
- full time water truck working site.
- sweeping rocks out of bike lane after each truck exit to Federal Way.
- SWPPP info posted, Boise ESC permit is posted
- Re-inspection fee paid, site preparation inspection complete.

Will need to watch the drainage areas on the east-northeast perimeter for addition downslope perimeter sediment control. Also need to check that runoff from Amity Road will not flow over the newly disturbed slope.

Correction request:
- install sediment protection on storm drain on Federal Way, just west of the construction entrance.

dust complaints received


- rough grading/grubbing in progress, no dust truck on site at time of inspection. Foreman states dust truck is on a circulating route and was previously at site. Dust plumes are leaving site and the light wind conditions blowing it into the neighborhood below.
- no permit sign, no construction entrance, no site preparation inspection requested.

Project manager Jerry notified to halt work until dust control onsite, which he did.

Corrections:
- have full time dust control water truck during initial grading/grubbing and dust generating activities.
- Install construction entrance, construction entrance and schedule site preparation inspection with ESC division.
