Revegetation in progress, currently prtty sparse.

No changes, slope is vegetation. Storm drain still have sediment protection that needs to be removed.

Some mixed growth on hillside. No major rilling or erosion issues. Silt fence installed still, some areas of sediment build up.

Driveway paved and lot hydroseeded. Neighborhood storm systems need to be cleaned before permit closed.

Discussed corrections issued on previous inspection. Landscaping to occur this week. Will address erosion and outfall energy dissipation request. Change out DI bags.

Fill material has been brought in for driveway. Some topsoil put onto hill. Wattles needs repair, spoke with GC on site.

No new rilling, no runoff from site.

Stucco washout on site and being used.
Section of silt fence at upper end removed for walking path onto job site, path has filled in section of rock channell and needs to be fixed.
Rill forming behind house and running downhill the length of property.

WIP on exterior finish. No trackout or muddy runoff observed. Silt fence perimeter is in good condition. No corrections at this time.

Note: need to install rip rap at end of blue drain pipe from lot.

Silt fence perimeter intact. Flow is all concentrated in corner, no failures. Builder called Syman to check BMPs and install more to protect corner. Will monitor fence.

Site is clean. Silt fence still along perimeter. Hillside around home is all exposed, no BMPs.

Silt fence perimeter working well to contain sediment. Vegetation on slope below excavation has been preserved. Permit sign posted.

Evidence of trackout and sediment runoff from access drive in combination with adjacent site.

Correction:
- sweep up accumulated sediment around inlet at bottom of hill. Coordinate with adjacent project RP.
- install runoff controls on driveway between home site and where joining other homes driveway.

Silt fence held all water and sediment. No issues on site. Foundation work in progress, washout on site.

Permit sign posted. Rock construction entrance installed with lining. Silt fence sediment controls installed correctly around perimeter. GC to have wattles installed along contour after grading is completed. Efforts will be taken to preserve sagebrush within clearing limits. Storm drain sediment protection installed at Sherman and Mockbee, requested that this be maintained regularly and removed at end of project.

Concrete washout pan to be used for foundation work.
