Walked site with Roth Home's Cleve. Verbal correction request. follow up scheduled for Thursday 7/11

Crew on site bending rebar and setting forms for foundation. Lined washout on site. Large pile of backfill, close to road, needs some perimeter protection. Sent message and pictur to Cleve with Roth Homes.

Washout never cleaned. Parcel hold and reinspection fee issued for 124 Skylark, lot from where the washout came.

Requested washout hasn't been built.
All other request completed, no current activity. No trackout.
