Road and DI bag cleaned. Still only has one gator guard installed. Piece of concrete placed in front of pipe to act as difuser. Rilling from roof not cleaned.

DI bag was replace and a new gator guard perimeter control was installed on low corner of lot.

Flow was too great for loosely installed wattle and DI bag is now full of dirt from the site.

Correction request to RP James to replace wattle with silt fence or add additional wattles/check dams to slow the flow of the runoff from the roof and to maintain the sediment bag....

Site is clean. Hillside has a lot of growth and no erosion issues.

No activity at site. No runoff or trackout issues on street. Need to check back slope next inspection.

Hillside has been hydroseeded and tackified. Washout cleaned and ecopan now on site. Mini excavator doing rock work on perimeter of lot.

Met with RP on site. Went over corrections and concerns.
Veasy scheduled to hydroseed, new entrance will be installed when backfill removed.

Backfill has been replaced behind wall, stockpiles cleaned up.

New contractor, listed RP no longer working for owner, will need to update permit.
