Reviewed hillside erosion control installation of straw wattles with homeowner and builder Jeff. Wattles must be trenched and staked every 4-5 feet and installed along slope contours.

WIP on framing and also landscaping. Landscaping and irrigation lines are being worked on. Once irrigation is in (before end of July), slopes will be hydroseeded with a fescue grass and trees. After irrigation is in and before seeding, perimeter wattles and slope interupting wattles must be installed.

No trackout, discharges, or ESC violations occuring. Permit sign posted. Just need to continue to focus on stabilizing hillsides.

Permit sign posted, some wattles installed around site. GC-RP Jeff on site.

Minimal stabilzation and erosion controls (slope interupting wattles, perimter wattles) on slopes below home and around unfinished driveway. Road has had sediment runoff and sandy trackout.

Correction:
- sweep up trackout at entrance, coordinate with adjacent site to clean up accumulated sediment around storm drain at bottom of hill
- review ESC plan and install wattles and other controls.
- use rock check dams instead of wattle check dams to slow runoff from driveway and trap sediment

Jeff agreed that slopes need more control and that next week landscaping and BMP installation will occur. Will review ESC site plan on site wth Jeff on Friday and check for clean up.
