Gatorguard correctly installed. Sidewalk clean.

Meeting with homeowner to discuss erosion occuring in front yard.

Requests:
- clean up mud and dirt on sidewalk
- repair gap in the perimeter gator guards where water and sediment flowed out.
- rake out rill/channel that has formed
- cover bare soil in front with straw and or compost to prevent raindrop erosion.

Still dirt going under gator guards. Rills coming from lot.

Some rilling went between the gator guard and left dirt on sidewalk.

Dirty sidewalk and gutter, loose dirt from unfinished landscaping.

Trash around the perimeter. Storm drain and/or foundation drains outlet to loose dirt areas. No grass or vegeation implemented.

Notifed RP to clean up and schedule a conference to discuss winterization.

Met with builder at site. Has inspection for drainage scheduled. Landscaping water is not hooked up yet, probably not to mid october. Lots of trash in driveway, will need to be hauled away soon.

All work in interior. Trash box is next to garage and full. Some plastic has blown out, some trash in lot below.

Site not cleaned as requested. Extension granted because onsite crew member said they intend to clean it all up today and are behind schedule. Follow up scheduled, no further extensions on this request..

Extend lining between wattles to convey water to sidewalk.

SWO corrections have been completed and fees/fines paid. SWO removed. All parcel holds removed.

Corrections completed:
-sidwalk was swept, perimeter wattles re-installed along front
- gravel check bag dams were cleaned. Still some mud behind them.

Corrections not complete:
- Trash not emptied or picked up
- washout from stucco and other materials dumped around trash pile, front yard, next to driveway
- fees/fines assessed not paid before compliance date, no request for extension from RP-GC.


Stop Work Order posted. RP notified by phone. SWO due to uncompleted corrections as listed in the NOV and previous inspection report.

Lioner from gutter has not been extended.
Water is accumulating behind gator guards, also received water from uncontained stucco, ph is 11.4.
Some sediment has made it past gatorguard.
Drywall has been removed, trash bin is full again.

Conference to review correction requests from 3/12.

- perimeter sediment controls have been re-installed. Several sections need more backfill and must be staked with pins provided with gatorguard. Reviewed installation with RP.

- trash has been picked up and bin emptied

- request to install energy dissipation where roof runoff is hitting ground. Need to install check dams in channel next driveway that directs roof water to the sidewalk and gutter. Will recommend trying compost or sod.

- reviewed requirement to file eNOI for CGP 2017 coverage

Gator guard worked during rain event. Sediment needs to be removed from behind. Access to lower lot has been blocked, needs garbage pickup.

No signficant runoff from site, perimeter sediment controls seem to be work and driveway is poured.

Still need to clean up concrete dumped on adjacent site.

New washout was constructed and overfilled.
Washout dumped on lower lot not cleaned.
Gravel bags not fixed or removed.
Lots of trackout.
Requested repairs from conference not done.

Trackout cleaned up. Additional BMP maintenance required.

Site is muddy but contained. Road is dirty. Talked to builder on site, sweeper is coming and street being scraped, stained from dirt.
