NO trackout or mud/dirt around site perimter. TRash picked up/contained. No driveway or construction entrance installed, all workers parking on the street at time of inspection.

Home exterior looks completed, still needs gutters. Driveway and walkway not poured. Lot has been graded for landscaping.

Trash bin has been emptied. Still a garbage can worth of trash stuck in around the perimeter fencing and around patio area and next to the bin. Site is still not in compliance.


Violations:
- unmaintained/muddy construciton entrance site access
- minor trackout ; dirty sidewalk & gutter
- damanged and improperly installed silt fence
- uncontained trash around site.


Corrections needed at site:

- Install construction entrance
- fix wall of trash container that has been removed
- sweep sidewalk and gutter along Silver Crest
- fix/re-install silt fence or other perimeter sediment control on the downslope side of the site entrance and at the bottom corner of site where temporary power pole is.
- post ESC permit sign
- provide tub for paint and wall board washout/rinsing activities

Schedule site inspection and pay fines issued. GC should consider taking the RP class.

WIP n framing. Backfill has been graded on lot, some places it is putting pressure on silt fence. Roof is on, will need to watch edges for concentrated flow causing esc issues.

Met with Devin who is lead on framing. He sprays the site down at lunch and end of day, will knock the top of pile and spray that as well.

Met with neighbor earlier in day. Dust is on porch and accumlates on windows and trim. AC filters need to be cleaned weekly.
Main issue is dust. Material is being stockpiled and hauled off, currently skid steer is broken down and work is on hold.
Technically contractor has 2 weeks to stabalize stockpile. Material has been removed and added so stockpile is still being worked, has not been 2 weeks.
Neighbor and contractor could not come to any agreement.
Correction request made:
1. Sweep sidewalk and approach at end of each work day.
2. Repair and add to construction entrance.
3. Build construction waste box
4. Use water to control dust.
Given 1 week to comply.

Follow up to see if stockpile was finished being removed and dust resolved.

Stockpile still in place, foundations are now poured so backfill should occur next week. No trackout or piles of trash. Lined washout pit was used.

Will follow up with builder next week. Windy condition did show that there is some dust blowing off the pile. Builder has been notified. Site inactive.

Section of silt fence around the stockpile and Silver Crest has been trenched as requested. Other areas are not trenched but vegetation is preserved.
