Landscaping in progress. No materials stored in road or sidewalk. No trackout. Home complete with driveway.

Truckloads of top soil at site. Hillside is starting to grow, no issues.

WIP on interior and landscaping. No trackout or sediment runoff occuring. Trash contained. No hillside erosion observed around home, areas that were graded and reseeded have established.

Perimeter wattles still in place. Fill from pool house and pool has been spread on hillside. They have an approved modified grading plan. Plan is to get hill rehydroseeded by end of week.

Hillside isn't steep except for SW side.
Water from site doesn't flow to hill, slight elevation increase before top, water from site all flows towards drain on driveway.
Wattle is going along perimeter, swale in center of lot, will watch for wear. Wattle will be installed on hill on SW steep section. GC will be at site all winter and will monitor. More backfill from future pool may be added.
Scheduled to be hydroseeded today.

Met with Joey with Northern Construction and reviewed previous correction requests.

Corrections completed:
- loose trash around front and back of house and across the street has been picked up.
- entrances are being prepped with road mix to begin paver installation. Will require workers to park on street if we weather happens prior to paver installation.

Corrections to complete:
- install perimter wattle, 2 ft in from sidewalk to preserve this existing strip of weeds/grasses down to the southeast corner with J-hooks. Request 1-2" trench and stakes every 5 ft

- slope below home needs to be re-tracked and then wattles installed, and then hydroseeding is scheduled for the second week in December.

Notified that a pool permit will be pulled and he will have pool contractor obtain their own ESC permit.

Additional correction request:
- sweep gutter today and tomorrow

- empty full trash bin, pick up loose trash around site, in particular in the grasses/weeds on the view side of home
- crew doing sidewalk dumped concrete washout on ground instead of using lined washout pit. RP notified to clean up and put sign on washout.

Note: wip regrading fill area where stockpile was pushed. Will install stabilzation and erosion controls after work. No issues in this area at this time.

Met with excavator on site, plans on being done today. Waiting on meeting to see what to do with backfill. Framers supposed to be on site soon. Sidewalk and road swept, some signs of dirt.

Trackout has been cleaned up. Site entrance rock has been refreshed and is currently gated off.

WIP on foundation. Permit sign posted, rock construction entrance and controlled access from Troutner is installed. Additional BMPs staged on site to be added as needed. Lined concrete washout installed next to construction entrance.

Requested that when stockpiles from excavation are backfill or relocated to take extra care to prevent sandstone chunks from rolling down the hill.

Curbs are to be cut this week and then rock construction entrance will be installed. Excavator will provide washout pit before foundation crew comes.
