Hillside isn't steep except for SW side.
Water from site doesn't flow to hill, slight elevation increase before top, water from site all flows towards drain on driveway.
Wattle is going along perimeter, swale in center of lot, will watch for wear. Wattle will be installed on hill on SW steep section. GC will be at site all winter and will monitor. More backfill from future pool may be added.
Scheduled to be hydroseeded today.

Met with Joey with Northern Construction and reviewed previous correction requests.

Corrections completed:
- loose trash around front and back of house and across the street has been picked up.
- entrances are being prepped with road mix to begin paver installation. Will require workers to park on street if we weather happens prior to paver installation.

Corrections to complete:
- install perimter wattle, 2 ft in from sidewalk to preserve this existing strip of weeds/grasses down to the southeast corner with J-hooks. Request 1-2" trench and stakes every 5 ft

- slope below home needs to be re-tracked and then wattles installed, and then hydroseeding is scheduled for the second week in December.

Notified that a pool permit will be pulled and he will have pool contractor obtain their own ESC permit.

Additional correction request:
- sweep gutter today and tomorrow
