Few vacant lots. Runoff from first lot on right to storm drain at Paso Fino and Mountainside. Witches hat is full on drain. Only the one lot is having any issue.

Few vacant lots remain. Water and sediment running onto Paso Fino from vacan lots. Very bad from lot on corner od Paso Fino & Mountainside.

Utility trenching in progress. Area where the dirt from the trenching is located needs to be swept up after the trenches are backfilled.
No dust. No trackout. Trash is contained.

Hillsides vegetation in good condition. Most lots in Hackberry Ranch and now built upon. One active home under construction. Temporary DI sediment filter bags are still installed.

No hillside erosion issues observed in common areas. Individual SFHs have seperate ESC permits . No activity yet on next phase across Bogus Basin Road. No corrections at this time.

Slopes are in good condition and appear to be stable. Two SFHs with seperate ESC permits are in progress. BMPs installed. Will close this permit when application/permit for phase across Bogus Basin Road is issued.

No ESC issues observed at this time

Vacant lots have no discharge coming off as of time of inspection. WIP on multiple SFD's throughout Hackberry Sub.

No hillside erosion on Hackberry Ranch slopes. Streets and gutters are free of trackout and sediment accumulations. Individual homes have been keeping in compliance and have BMPs installed. No corrections issued.

Some discharge into Mountain Side Rd due to a house at end of culdesac. Rain gutters aren't hooked up into the MS4, so that's where the erosion came from.
Correction:
1.) Sweep Mountain Side
2.) Hook Gutters into MS4 System to reduce future chances of Erosion

Roads have been swept lately. Vegetation is growing well, where there is no "New" disturbance.
No ESC issues at this time

No hillside erosion issues in the seeded areas. Limited trackout to streets, significant amounts of sand in road from winter driving safety applications.

Individual SFHs in progress with permits posted. Drop inlets protected and no issues within the stormwater retention/infiltration ponds. No corrections at this time. Will continue to monitor.

Overall site looks good. Some minor rilling occuring, but vegetation is quickly growing, so root structures should address that issue. some minor trackout occuring, but 2 people are currently hand sweeping and performing maintenance on drop inlet bags.

Hillside gullies have been repaired and roads, gutters, and DI bags have been maintained to remove accumulated sediment. No new issues or areas of concern at this time. Need to continue to monitor check dams in the drainage below the site.

No further subdivision development at Hackberry Ranch. Hills have vegetated well but will need to reassess success level during the fall. Central Paving has closed their CGP for the project, and the Hackberry Ranch Corp has left their's open to monitor final stabilization.

No correction required. Individual homes are in progress by multiple contractors and are currently in compliance and keeping it clean and using BMPs.

Per Hillside Requirements and The City's 8-17 Ordinance, 80% of native background vegetation needs to be established prior to this permit through the city to be closed.
The 2012 Construction General Permit allows a contractor/developer 3 yrs to achieve 70% re-establishment. I do not see an issue with the Developer to File their "Notice of Termination" with the EPA, but the City's Permit will remain open until 80% vegetation re-establishment is acheived throughout the entire site. It is very close to achieving this requirement.
No ESC Issues observed during inspection. Vegetation is growing well. Some areas are still baren. Could use another Hydroseeding application

Hackberry Ranch looking good up top. Central Paving is onsite on the lower drainage improving checkdams and has installed additional wattles in channel to slow runoff speed. Final check dam is to be converted to 1:1 rock water fall with a rip rap channel constructed all the way to the lower pond. No corrections at this time.

Hackberry Ranch looks good. No sediment on roadways. Grass is starting to grow in seeded areas, all stabilization has been initiated. No violations observed.

Lower drainage channel with rill/channel erosion will be repaired after this spring.

SIgnificant sediment let a few of the lots throughout the project, discharging sediment over the sidewalks, curbs and streets. Drop Inlets need to be replaced/cleaned out. Rills and Gully Erosion taking place throughout entire site that need to be focussed on (filling in, compacting). Talked with Bob (RP), he stated he is unable to get any of his crew onsite today unfortunately, due to no precipitation and the grounds are relatively dry. He stated he was not able to sweep roads due to the rainfall, but will as soon as he can. He stated he will contact me via cell to discuss progress

Co nference called due to need for correctiions and maintenance of BMPs. Snowmelt, rainfall, and the ground thawing has created multiple ESC issues.

RP Bob Berryman of Central Paving and Doug Powell, the site engineer met me onsite to discuss corrections.

1. Channel erosion below final check dam will have banks regraded and length of riprap extended. Working with PW engineers Jim Wylie on these corrections.

2. Blowouts onto roads will be cleaned.
3. Additional check dams to be installed at lower intersection problem area.
4. Drainage protection to be enhanced on upper drain on main subdivision road.

Central Paving started on corrections at end of conference. Dave Powell will be onsite daily this week to supervise.

Hydroseeding/mulching on remaining areas is scheduled for next week.

Will check back 2/13 to monitor progress.

BMPs performed well through the 1/29 precipitation event. No new rills/channels formed. Earthen berms installed on flat lots were effective.

Roads in good condition with no trackout.

Approved.

PW Jim Wylie commented on some rill erosion. Need to check it out.

Inspection conducted by Evan and myself. Hillside rilling evident in some areas, some wattles failed during snowmelt.
, considering size and scope many BMPs were effective.

Talked to Central Paving RP Bob Berryman and issued following corrections:

1. Need to conduct SWPPP inspections and update construction schedule/project status.
2. Repair damaged/untrenched wattles as necessary.
3. Address several slope areas between graded flat lots where rill erosion is evident. i.e. repair containment berms, place rip rap to guide, or other applicable BMP
4. Finish hydroseeding schedules where no further work/disturbance is scheduled.

note: developer Scott Kimball was also notified.

No activity at time of inspection. Roads have been paved. New stormwater facilities have inlet protection. Hillsides are tracked horizontally and wattles installed incrementally on hillsides. No corrections required.

Hillsides have been stabilized with hydroseed/mulch; wattles are installed. No hillside erosion issues observed. Need to replenish construction entrances as they have been compacted into the mud. Called RP Bob Berryman with Central Paving to make correction. Will reinspect early next week
