Construction complete, no disturbed area or loose materials remaining on site. Temporary BMPs (DI bags) that were installed for project have been removed. Permiter areas of building landscaped, sidewalk and gutters have been swept.

Former staging area across from project on 5th & Myrtle is under construction by ESI and covered seperately.

Majority of work complete. 5th street has been paved and silva cells are installed. Some plastic sheeting and scaffolding on building. Still is a storage yard in use, no dirt being tracked out or garbage blown from site. One lane of 5th and Myrtle still closed.

Majority of ground disturbance work. Interior and exterior work remain. Planters and silva cells look complete.

Installing sylva cells. All other work is interior. Site free of trash and trackout.

Only disturbed area is southern alley. Water will be piped into sylva cells onces complete. No dirt is leaving site. Trash was picked up and washouts were on site and maintained.

Walk through BMP inspection with project management team member Bradden.

No significant trackout around site perimeter, leak proof designated concrete washout is provided in staging area. Stormwater DIs have inlet bags installed.

Correction requests:
- sweep up corner of 5th & Broad (started while on site)
- next week after concrete pouring activities and materials can be removed, street sweeping truck will be scheduled either Thursday or Friday.


Note- the stormdrain at 5th and Myrtle is not draining due system issue not related to construction.

Note: Site is seperating waste streams and designating materials suitable for recycling/re-use.
