Trash contained, street has been recently swept. Some inlets have sediement filter bags, others do not in order to prevent and overflow and water running down slope instead of in pipe.

Still no erosion controls (hydromulch with tacifier, slope interupting wattles) on the slopes. Slopes have raked flat and are ready for installation.

RP Cleve says he is expecting the work to be done this week or next.

Cleve installed a sheeting underneath fence to prevent water flowing underneath. Silt fence on other side of fence is in good condtion.

Correction requests from previous inspection have not been completed. The corrections below are specific to the Skylark upper lot.

Corrections remaining:

1. Properly install wattle (staked and trenched) that has been placed between stockpile and road.
2. Provide a clearly marked designated concrete washout pit.
3. Need to empty full trash container.
4. Sweep uphill neighbors driveway and install wattle to prevent dirt from getting on driveway and running off to street.
5. Need to discuss the silt fence that has been overtopped with loose dirt. In the central section, evidence of sediment runoff beyond property line is an area that needs silt or other perimeter control.

This is the 2nd correction request. If corrections are not complete will need to escalate with fines and/or SWO until all corrections can be made.

Reviewed damage and uncleaned areas around downhill neighbor's detached garage. There is evidence of damage to the slope area direcctly behind garage.

Section of silt fence is below the wooden fence needs re-installation. Low point of perimeter wattle along fence needs to be corrected to not channel water to this area.

- empty over full trash containment
- provide concrete washout pit - currently just spraying down the slope
- set schedule for disturbed slope stabilization

Initial clean up of mud trapped behind wattles and silt fence has been completed as well material removed from behind the neighbors garage exterior. Water at bottoom of hill should now flow off the lot at corner to a vegetated area. New rock has been placed along Skylark to be a staging area, but it is very small gravel.

DI bags have been re-installed on Skylark.

Storm drain blockage on Skylark culdesac diverted street runoff through unstabilized site. Slopes on the site have eroded with material sliding behind downhill neighbor's garage.

Crew is currently cleaning up mud behind the garage and builder and homeowner are resolving the issue. Mud behind silt fence and wattles to be removed and put back on site. The storm drains shall remain without sediment bags installed to prevent happening again, alternative control will be improved perimeter control and construction staging area on Skylark

Wattle at low point of lot to be relocated/re-positioned to divert runoff to the grassy area away from the neighbors garage & driveway.

Clean up efforts should continue and notified RP Cleve that if a retaining wall is installed to protect the garage, PW Hillside shall be notified w/ proper review & permits.
