Verbal correction request to onsite foreman Jake with Granite Construction to halt work until water truck is onsite.
Work stopped, I provided new permit sign and waited for 15 minutes until water truck arrived.
Jake stated water truck will be onsite at least once per every 2 hours to hit the haul road between stockpile of drain rock and seepage trench.

Discovered water truck was on site waiting for a flat tire repair, buit was operating previously.
