Yard is no landscaped, home is occupied.. Storm water retention basin is fully vegetated. No sediment bags left in storm drains on Millet. Adjacent lot used by both new homes still has some bare spots but the lower end has a vegetative buffer. Should re-seed itself during the Spring.

Onsite inspection conducted. BMPs installed include permit sign, ESC plan box, sediment control wattles staked and trenched at bottom of slope above existing vegetative swales. Will install construction entrance and/or use existing paved access to the east (per permission of lot owner). Preservation of existing vegetation at bottom of slope to act as buffer for swales.
