1. Sweep upper side of Painted Rock and install new wattle over the old, now degraded straw wattle.

The drop inlet near instersection of W. Sand Dune Ln and Crestline needs to be cleaned out due to discharge leaving the site, entering this particular drop inlet. Also, area below the site on Crestline, sediment needs to be shoveled/swept up and perform maintenance on that drop inlet as well. This has ccured due to recent heavy rains

Drop inlets have sediment bag protection with adequate capacity. Perimeter wattles are installed on undeveloped lots. No rill or gully erosion on the slopes between parcels. Trash containers provided for active projects. No corrections at this time.

Silt fences at bottom of development have been trenched in as requested in previous C/N. SWPPP inspection was conducted 1/30. The recent snow has not yet melted yet so no issues at time of inspection.

1. Install filter bags on two DIs in sequence at Boise Hills and Mesa Grande. Currenty no protection.
2. Repair rills on banks of empty lots and install BMPs to prevent further erosion.

Some wattles have been restored but contractors still accessing bare lots and driving over wattles. Need to conduct maintenance on downslope BMPs and post signage to stop contractors from causing trackout.

Cement washout for new sites has been moved up above next Somerset Village #3. A construction entrance will need to be provided once the washout is in use.

Subdivision development BMPs in place, no trackout or other corrections. Individual homesite with ESC13-00824 had cement dust from dry cutting cement. No water hook up at site and no portable source provided. Gave verbal CN to contractors to provide dust suppression.

Contractor requested meeting to look at perimeter controls where the retaining wall has been put in. Wants to verify straw wattles are okay to remove. Call ###-####. Findings: once retaining wall is complete, it will be okay to remove wattles around perimeter of Boise Hills Drive. May be neccessary to complete landscaping on outside if retaining wall backfill is brought above finished grade of sidewalk. Need building inspector to look at retaining wall in case a building permit is neccessary.

Site is temporarly stabilized with a seed, tach, amd mulch blend. But all perimeter controls installed on all down gradent slopes hae or are decomposed. Explained to the RP in a message form to replace all decomposed perimeter control by 9/25/2012. Will re-inspect on 9/26/2012 AM.

Written Correction Notice (message to RP):
Install sediment barriers along back of curb and sidewalks though out project area where the disturbed soils grade slopes towards back of sidewalks, curbs or gutter pans.
Install stormdrain inlet protection on all stormdrains interior and exterior where no protection is provided.

FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THE NOTICE WITHIN THE GIVEN TIMEFRAME, WILL RESULT IN A STOP WORK ORDER.
