Road is clean, still has DIs on west side, area to north being developed. Creek banks and area seeded and tackified. Free from windblown trash. Stockpile south west of area.

MIllbrook was swept, DI bags on west side of road removed, and some trash picked up in the open area between Milbrook and Warm Springs Creek. Construction materials and equipment have been removed.

Need to sweep east side gutter of Milbrook, some trash remaining needs to be picked up. Alleyways still have some inlets with DI bags. Will notify Blackrock RP and check next inspection.

WIP on SFHs

RP Clint Wall got a new phone so the correction requests were not reaching him. I have recieved RP Clint's new phone number and requested the corrections. He is starting work on corrections currently. Will follow up monday.

No windblown trash has been removed from warmsprings creek across from 3149 millbrook.

DI bags at the South end of Shady wood have not been removed

Left a message with RP Clint and with Joey of Tahoe Homes requesting corrections. Send picture of trash via text message to RP Clint.

This is the second failed inspection for the same correction request if the request is not completed by the next scheduled inspection escalation actions will be taken.

New correction: The small stockpile on millbrook needs a wattle around the perimeter or to be placed on a tarp so the sediment will not runoff into the stromdrains when it rains or become trackout. Requested correction to RP Clint. Follow up tuesday.

Correction request to remove plastic sheeting from Warm Springs creek south of Parkcenter has still not fulfillied. Reinspection fees will start being applied.

WIP on SFHs in DHE #14. No trackout outside of subdivision or onto main streets. Alley ways are muddy in some places but will be swept upon drying. All storm drains have sediment filters installed.

Correction request:
- prevent exit from Milbrook to Parkcenter. No stabilized entrance and is starting to cause track out. Posted sign to use Brookridge exit and blocked road.

Developer also stated he would assist in blocking entrance, call Hunter and Tahoe RPs as well. Developer to have plastic sheet removed from creek on south side of Parkcenter.

SFH construction now in progress. Tahoe Homes and Hunter is in control of BMP maintenance for their activities.

Waiting for schedule for further Warm Springs Creek stabilization and temp BMP removal.

Correction request to Mr. Conger: remove plasic sheeeting used as a outfall dissipator on south side of Parkcenter.

Fugitive dust from site with no water truck control being used for the haul road where dump trucks are bringing in fill for the flood plain elevation requirements.

Multiple dust warnings at this site. Landscape crew also making dust.

Verbal CN to Jesse with CA to get their own water truck on site. HiGrade has water for DHE #15.

WIP installing curbing for roads. Utilities already installed. Some loose sediment at site entrances need to be swept up end of day. No fugitive dust observed, water truck on site.

Sewer and storm water infrastructure installed. Warm Springs Creek coffer dam and hardpipe is still installed to convey water over the recently widened creek. The creek bed has been hydroseeded to establish vegetation.

Minimal activity occuring at time of inspection, no trackout or discharges observed. No fugitive dust.

Need to work with Tahoe Homes and Hunter Homes to get windblown trash out of the creek area.

Warm Springs Creek work was uncompleted and unstabilized before re-graded channel area started to flow after weekend rains. Runoff water passing through work area picks up loose sediment and becomes turbid.

Corrections currently in progress. Looking into diversion options and more filtering check dams downstream from work area.

No sewer work requiring dewatering is approved until plan for fixing this situation is presented.

Slight plume of turbid water was visible in Boise River where Warm Springs Creek joins across for Barber Park. Viewed at approximately 11 AM 3/7/2016; investigation and corrective actions still in progress.

Rock construction entrance installed. ESC permit sign and SWPPP box located at entrance. Silt fence along desgnated section of Warm Springs Creek is installed with a buffer zone along the banks.
