MIllbrook was swept, DI bags on west side of road removed, and some trash picked up in the open area between Milbrook and Warm Springs Creek. Construction materials and equipment have been removed.

Need to sweep east side gutter of Milbrook, some trash remaining needs to be picked up. Alleyways still have some inlets with DI bags. Will notify Blackrock RP and check next inspection.

Left a message with RP Clint and with Joey of Tahoe Homes requesting corrections. Send picture of trash via text message to RP Clint.

This is the second failed inspection for the same correction request if the request is not completed by the next scheduled inspection escalation actions will be taken.

New correction: The small stockpile on millbrook needs a wattle around the perimeter or to be placed on a tarp so the sediment will not runoff into the stromdrains when it rains or become trackout. Requested correction to RP Clint. Follow up tuesday.

Will need to re-seed the widened area of creek in fall and remove all temp BMPs installed (check dams, coffer dam and diversion tube, plastice at outlet.

Sewer and storm water infrastructure installed. Warm Springs Creek coffer dam and hardpipe is still installed to convey water over the recently widened creek. The creek bed has been hydroseeded to establish vegetation.

Inspection conducted to observe the phase 1 implementation of the dewatering/creek bypass plan at DHE #14.

Warm Springs Creek is dammed and water flows into a 12 " pipe that conveys the water over the disturbed and not yet stabilized creek bed that was widened before north of the existing box culvert. Water discharge out of the pipe is clear and system appears to be working well.

Syman Company will reinstall the silt fence to keep construction work and sediment out of the new creek bed.

Approved. Phase 2 for utilitiy/sewer installation to begin next week.

Warm Springs Creek work was uncompleted and unstabilized before re-graded channel area started to flow after weekend rains. Runoff water passing through work area picks up loose sediment and becomes turbid.

Corrections currently in progress. Looking into diversion options and more filtering check dams downstream from work area.

No sewer work requiring dewatering is approved until plan for fixing this situation is presented.

Slight plume of turbid water was visible in Boise River where Warm Springs Creek joins across for Barber Park. Viewed at approximately 11 AM 3/7/2016; investigation and corrective actions still in progress.

Grading work in progress. No fugitive dust and no major trackout.

Correction needed: Construction entrance needs maintenance and the correct size rock if hauling is going to occur.

Investigated the work occuring in Warm Springs Creek channel. The work is detailed and approved in the grading plans and is widening the channel to 8 feet leading up to rip rapping it under the road culvert. Work appears to have remained within the designated area of disturbance.

This creek will need stabilization and erosion control as soon as possible as there is no diversion for runoff and rain water in the Warm Springs Creek. The creek is flowing at Barber Road but soaks into the groud approximately 1/4-1/3 mile upstream of the construction in the horse/cow pasture.

Walk through conducted with Syman Company contact Andy. Perimeter BMPs and silt fence protection for Warm Springs Creek is to be started this afternoon and completed tomorrow. Buffer is also to be provided.

Crew on-site starting initial grading and preping area for construction entrance. Verbal notice to foreman to have proper entrance installed ASAP before any loading/unloading activities.

Permit sign posted and permit is issued and paid for. No violations at time of inspection, but site is not yet fully ready. Will re-inspect Friday post BMP installation.
