Tenting not installed correctly, tenting needs to be over the entire piping to include areas where trusses are crossed. Piping in attic space must be clear between sheetrock and piping, no insulation between sheetrock and piping, areas throughout floor have spots where insulation is installed between piping and sheetrock. No combustible pockets in attic space per NFPA 13, all areas in attic space to be filled with non-combustible insulation as discussed, cover is not approved for remaining units, contact on-site foreman for added detail on proper tenting installation.

Cover material was installed on 4 before cover inspection was completed, it has already been mentioned (Noted on 17DEC2018 inspection and 25JAN2019 inspection) on other areas of this project that cover inspection has to be performed before cover is approved. All cover material over piping needs to be removed. Numerous heads are blocked in parking garage due to sewer drain modifications, head coverage will need to be corrected in parking garage to be code compliant.

Inspection turned into a conference, cover material that was installed before piping was inspected needs to be removed, un-interuptable heat needs to be established before water is introduced to the fire sprinkler system, once water is on then temperature of all areas effected will need to be 40 degrees or above, if temperature falls below 40 degrees in areas that piping has been made wet then a re-hydro will be required.
