Exterior construction and landscaping is now complete. Sand window drainage added at site entrance as requested.

Flexterra hydroseed with tackifier has been applied to the steeper portions of the bank between access drive and fence line of homes to the south.

Construction trash and debris has been cleaned up.

Will keep permit open for monitoring vegetation. PW bond is up for review/expiration in July.

Inspection Friday 6/8 PM.

WIP on shoulder and sidewalk at the access drive. Access drive is paved and storm drain system hooked up. Landscaping the bank between retaining wall and fence of existing homes below.

They are still using bark and shrubberies, not grasses as Public Works had ordered. There is a sediment control wattle along the toe of the slope at the fence as well as some drain rock in several areas.

No erosion or runoff issues observed.

Site walk through with project superintendant Ed. Site engineer and PW engineer also conducted site inspection. Documentation of the seepage bed inspection and installation is required by PW before site final and bond is returned. Investigating location of common driveway and steepness of slope. Will need survey conducted. Request to change vegetation plan to include deep rooted grass to hold slope together and intercept rainfall. New sand window will be installed at entrance on Warm Springs to prevent water from road flowing to subdivsion storm drain system.

Site has dug a ditch to capture runoff from slope. Slope has been covered with mulch. Straw wattle installed between ditch and fence line.

Correction request to install wattle at east end of townhomes to slow runoff and capture sediment to prevent discharge to Gray Eagle Street down below.

Silt fence along bottom of slope below common driveway was removed last week for landscaping. Site was left at risk and some sediment runoff occured to backyards below.

Landscaping on this slope and driveway paving is to be completed this week. Project manager ED with Perryman will Install sediment control wattle at bottom of slope in addtion to the rock line intercepting channel that will be below the landscaping.

Perryman is working with homeowner to repair damage to yard and remove any accumulated mud & sediment.
