3 lower check dams haven't been repaired. Above is still full of sediment, some have flow lines around, middle isn't lower. Sediment is currently frozen.

No subdivision erosion or runoff issues after rail fall. Slope diversion berm is intact.

Working with Blackrock on temporary backfill placement so that sidewalks are not blocked and material is not stored in the gutter.

Work on lower section. Area is clean. No work has started on upper section.

Work has started on foundations in lower section. Lined washout is within garage of one of the homes, gravel entrance leading to it. Landscapers with sod on site. Area is clean.

No sediment runoff from disturbed areas observed. Site stormwater system is built, slope is very well vegetatated, no new erosion observed.

Fence installation crew had cement truck washout onto ground next stockpile. Final concrete washout warning at this site. Must be cleaned up before end of week.

Corrections needed:
- check that all storm drains have properly installed sediment protection
- fix berm and drainage swale at top of slope corner to direct upland water away from the existing rills from last season.

Corrections needed:
- sweep shoulder and entrance at Holcomb
- repair barrow ditch erosion occuring at top portion of site (west boundary) that directs water down the corner of the cut slope.
- maintain any loose or displaced wattles
- remove or stabilize large stockpiles.
- make sure that berm at top of slope is intact and level across the entirere length
- smooth out tire ruts that channels and concentrates sheet flow
- fix erosion at the northeast corner of site above the bend in Holcomb Road.

RP steve states that erosion repairs and wattle maintenance are to occur this week. Will schedule a follow up site walk. Verbal correction requests to Steve.

Lots of trackout onto Tiger Lilly, poor ntrance, all workers parking on street. Holcomb has been patched after work by Track Utilities, no trackout from below.

No entrances installed.

Work on sewer has begun, HI Grade underground doing work at entrance. Someone has offroaded all over hillsides and across BMPs.

Wattle has been installed on hillside and on flat along site road. Access from Tiger Lilly has been closed of. Road has no check dams and will need to be monitored.

Majority of mass grading is complete. Berms and ditches to be installed on top of ridge to divert water away from slopes. Slopes have had topsoil spread and horizontally tracked.

Next week installation of wattles is to begin. Wattles to be installed every 25 vertical feet on slopes. Will use heavy duty bark wattles. Wattles MUST be trenched in 2-3 inches, staked every4-5 ft, and have overlapping ends. Inspection scheduled to check on installation next week. After wattles are installed, hydroseeding will be completed on all disturbed areas to be inactive for stabilization. Should be near the end of October. Pipe work will begin in November for sewer & water. Request to beef up construction entrance at that time to prevent trackout. Large stockpiles at top and bottom of site must be tacified once fully inactive. RP to review stabilization requirements of 2.2 in CGP 2017.

No trackout, wind blown dust, loose trash, or discharges observed. Follow up scheduled.

No dust or trackout. No hillside bmps or tracking. Will need to meet with RP after L3 is finished to see what the plan is for stabalization.

Entrance onto tiger lilly is blocked off. Water tank on site. Grading is currently on flat below hill. No stabalization or hillside BMPs installed.
