Need to install additional stormwater controls at top of culdesac to handle increased runoff from the grazed area above the culdesac. We had erosion here last year and there is risk of further erosion this year due to the near bare conditions.

Notified RP Scott, he will install additional wattles and assess the area.

No new building activity. Landscapers on site and storing material on road.

No new activity on any of the lots. Landscapers finishing up on lower home. Some rocks stored on road.

No activity. No discharge or sediment runoff. Will need to assess slopes for additional revegetation this fall when Hackberry Ridge is being seeding. No corrections requested at this time.

No recent activity or changes to site. BMPs installed. May need adjustment once precipitation returns as well as targeted revegetation in some areas that are sparse.

Hillside erosion on many slopes and some undercutting of sidewalk is occuring in various locations. Some hillside wattles were installed but have been undercut. A storm drain drop inlet sump has filled up with eroded dirt and is covering outlet pipe.

Corrections:
- work on plan to install more hillside ESC controls until timing for re-seeding is better later this year.
- check that BMPs are installed per ESC site map. Update as needed
- regrade driveways where runoff is flowing off sides over steep sparsely vegetated slopes.
- have storm drain that is clogged cleaned out.

RP to work on corrective action plan and inspect. On site conference scheduled for 9 AM 6/28, next Thursday. Verbal correction request issued to RP Scott.

Post rain inspection. Looks like very little rain fell at site. All dry and free of runoff.

No active construction. No evidence of offsite discharges.

Two locations have hillside erosion occuring. At the top of the subdivsion, a 4-6 channel has formed. Alerted RP that slope interupting wattles or check dams to slow runoff could prevent further erosion of the hillside.

Correction request to install wattle on driveway just above the stormwater pond and repair erosion occurring on on the sloped bank of the pond.

Hillsides have vegetated with approximately 70% coverage. No SFH construction yet.

No issues after rain event. Some standing water on a few pads.

No sediment runoff areas observed. No trackout from sites. Much of site still snow covered. Bermed lots directing runoff away from slopes is working well. Sod has been installed around the entrance. No runoff to Bogus Basin road

Hillsides holding up well, no rills or erosion issues. Some trackout from lots, no WIP so probably from joyriders. Area along Bogus was muddy and people are driving through.

Checked during thaw and rain event. Site has held up, no erosion on hill sides or runoff. Road and drives are clean.

Tackifier and tracking holding up. Some trash/beer cans laying around. Two SUVs showed up to offroad while I was there, saw me and took off. Some light tracking coming from a few lots.

Landscaping/tree planting along BB Road frontage is complete. Slopes have now been hydroseeded and appears to have tacifier mixed in. No perimeter sediment controls or slope interupting wattles installed, but grading and drainage features installed should protect many slopes. Terraced lots are sloped towards road and have berms to divert water away from slopes.

Some hydroseeding on slopes remains. No acitivity at time of inspection.

Hillside tracking is currently working. Some steep areas of concern, will monitor as more weather comes through. No runoff at time.

Slopes have been tracked. Checking with developer on next steps for temporary or permanent vegetation.

Curb, gutter, storm drain and utilites have been installed.

No evidence of sediment runoff from site to BB Road No trackout or fugitive dust observed.

Note: initial inspections for this development were entered under ESC16-01431, which is now Finaled. Remaining inspections will be conducted under this permit, which is attached to hillside GRD permit.

SWPPP binder and ESC permit sign posted on site. SWPPP inspection reports have been completed, currently inspecting every 14 days. No trackout or sediment runoff.

Hillsides has been horizontally tracked and mulch application has been applied. Too hot for revegetation currently,, will check on schedule. No hillside wattles have been installed as indicated on the ESC site plan.

No immediate corrections, need to review hillside erosion controls to be implemented (slope interupting wattles, revegetation)
