Will need to make sure water does not by pass the storm drain at the bottom of the sub, currently the DI is elevated about the channel, so low flows would bypass it.

Still a rill and debris in neighbors yard. Witches hat on drain has failed and fallen into drain, some sediment also in drain. RP has been notified many times about site.

Now new blowouts. Good growth on lots.

Onsite meeting to discuss corrective actions at site:

- clean out installed storm drain sumps in the bottom of site drainage channel.
- After crew repairs damage in channel, install some check dams to slow flow in this drainage channel
- Clean up deposited sediment and mud that is on neighbors grass
- remove old/damaged wattles that are on slopes and replace.
- botttom corner of site should have a silt fence barrier installed to prevent any material leaving site and bypassing the storm drains
- Install J-hooks on wattle installed along the top of the slope/edge of parcel. Make sure low spot has a stabilized where water can flow down to the drainage channel.
- make sure drain on the common drive is not blocked or obstructed by gravel bags. Water should not flow off drive to the lots.

Wattle was fixed, blow out and rill at bottom of drain and into neighbors yard not repaired.

New row of wattle installed on top of slope. Wattle below drain has been undercut and material has blown out into neighbors yard.

Significant erosion on site. Lack of vegetaion established. Water under cutting wattles.

RP and owner notified of violations. Site meeting to be condcuted Tuesday AM to get plan to make corrective actions and install more BMPs as needed.

RP Eric was on site with Syman company getting area repaired and BMPs installed. They will fix hillside and use sandbags to prevent sheet flow from road redirecting and draining on site. Some sediment was i neighbors back yard, there was no flooding of home. Will follow up to check progress of BMP installation.

Post rain inspection. No issues with any dirt leaving site. Some rilling forming on slopes leading into drainage.

WIP on compaction and surveyors on site. Some heavy equipment being removed. No issues at site.

Perimeter BMPs on down hill side. Ditch has also been dug to move storm water to edge of project. Site will need an entrance once grading completed.

Grading and boulder removal has started. Permit sign posted. Perimeter vegetation preserved, no trackout. RP states that boulders to be hauled off, debris dumped on site over years removed and then additional perimeter BMPs will be installed. No corrections at this time.
