Upper phase of Somerset Village 3 withheld most of the weekends storm fairly well. Lower slope stabilization, perimeter silt fence, and slope drain rip rap worked to manage the runoff, prevent significant erosion and contain sediment. There is one area on the uphill side of the culdesac where water did not go down diversion channel and went under retaining wall creating a rill of erosion on one of the parcels. Silt and sand was trapped behind wattle but some did flow into the DI bag on upside of culdesac.

Corrections:
1. Empty out DI bag
2. Fill in hole where water entered to seep under retaining wall.
3. Muck out/shovel sediment/mud accumulated behind wattles.
4. Consider hydroseeding or installing a wattle up above the diversion channel on top of retaining wall.

Onsite meeting and walk through with Cameron Jayo and Jerry Wright (Wright Construction) who will be complete the remainder of the subdivision development.

Jayo's ESC crew will provide additional silt fencing between existing fence(to be removed) and the stormwater pond, as well as area between Somerset #3 and Somerset Village.

Wright construction will make earthen berm at the end of the graded/in-fill area.

SWO is still in effect until these ESC corrections are made. Plan is to have site completed and ready for construction on Monday 3/10/2014. Jerry is to call Evan or myself.

Project has disturbed adjacent property to the south along Crestline for construction access and parking. Told RP that he needs to get approval from the landowner to permit it as such or restore it pre-existing condition. Silt fence not installed as per plan. It is currently installed across the draw. Silt fence needs installed at top of slope on NW side as per plan. Construction entrance not installed yet; RP said it would be complete by Monday afternoon.
