All parcels are nearly complete with SFHs. Two projects in final stages.

Correction:
- clean up street where concrete washout roll off pan is.
- remove dirt in gutter
- remove temporary BMP sediment bags from storm drains after any loose dirt in gutters has been swept.

Most of neighborhood complete. DIs still have protection, concrete washout located on site. Site is free from trackout. Lots are clean, no windblown trash.

Some mud and trackout from active sites.

Multiplie SFHs in RH#7 are in progress. Sudivision storm drains have sediment bags installed. Permanent stormwater drainage channels and retention pond are complete and operational. Concrete washout pan on site for use by Brighton Homes. No trackout outside of subdivision, trash mostly contained.

Corrections for week:
- need to change out full DI bag on Chugwater and Greybull
- sweep Greybull in front of active foundation sites.

Neighborhood BMPs installed. Work on all phases of homes. Some trackout along current sites. Neighborhood shows signs of being swept. Watched concrete truck actually clean out in washout bin.

Homes under construction and many complete. Area is clean and DIs in place and maintained. Lived in neighborhood still under development so in good condition.

WIP on multiple SFHs in RH#7. No significant trackout, no discharges leaving site. No fugitive dust observed.

Corrections:
- concrete washout is ready for service and over 75% full
- trash bins at site are over full, wind blown trash and wrappings in drainage area and site perimeters should be picked up. Issued request to Brighton Homes RP in addition to subdivision development.
- remove expired wattle netting strewn along side Warm Springs in front of project.

Concrete washout has been replaced. The washout is still located on a slope. RP needs to ensure the concrete washout does not overflow again.

Some small amounts of trackout in subdivision but most areas have been swept up.

Several lots have filled with water from the rain event yesterday evening and night. Some lots are draining water into the stormwater system.

Some grass areas that was laid over the ECBs are turning brown. No other issues with the drainage channel after the rain event.

over flowing concrete washout container is spilling concrete slurry on road and gutter. Report filed by ACHD inspector.

Need to relocate container on level ground and not adjacent to a strom drain.

WIP on staking down the ECB in the drainage channel. Subdivision has been recently swept. New DI bags are needed.

WIP of SFHs. Landscaping crew installing river rock on top of erosion control matting in drainage channel. No trackout or fugitive dust issues. Streets on a sweeping schedule an.

WIP on SFHs. Some trackout. DI bags ok. Concrete washout in use and ok. Drainage channel severely eroded in the center channel. The pond has sediment in the bottom.

Minor correction request: Clean sediment out of gutters.

Drainage channel within subdivision receiving large amount of runoff. Permalock mats for channel stabilization have been under cut by flow of water. Conditions currently not good for maintenance or repair and assessment of erosion that has occured. Muddy runoff collecting in the stormwater retention area at bottom of site and is 50% full (estimate) - no discharge to other side of road towards River. Will continue to monitor.

WIP on installing boulders at bottom of subdivision drainage channel to protect road shoulder and base. The rills caused by fire pressure flows will be graded out.

The geotextile lining in the drainage has also started to be installed. Need to make sure there are not breaks in the surface of tenting, will consult with Syman Company.

DIs have been fitted with sediment filter bags and concrete washout facility already staged. No SFH construcion yet.

Concentrated flow in RH#7 has caused some erosion along Warm Springs road within the drainage route and below road shoulder . No offisite discharges or sheet flow of muddy water into storm water system observed; water flowing in drainage collects in large infiltration depression.



10/19 inspection report in SWPPP. No mention of erosion or stabilization /revegetation schedule.

Discussed with RP, stated issue was not observed during inspection and could have been potentially caused from fire flow activity (fire hydrant water pressure testing) discharge. Stated Syman has not yet installed geotextile matting and other channel stabilization methods.

Subdivision road and infrastructure work in progress. No trackout to Warm Springs, water truck(s) on site for dust control as needed, permit sign and SWPPP info posted. No violations observed.

Trackout cleaned up. New rock installed for construction entrance. Site still receiving dump trucks of fill dirt and no new trackout. Permit sign posted; no fugitive dust issues observed.

Some rocks & gravel have been dragged out so should be removed to prevent damage to vehicles & cyclists.

WIP on grading activities within project area of disturbance. Construction entrance, permit signage and roadside perimeter BMPs are installed. No fugitive dust issues observed, no trackout. No corrections at this time.
